A young woman rushed to Nkawkaw Central Police station in the Eastern Region while bleeding profusely to complain.
According to the woman, Elizabeth Owusua, her boyfriend-Randolph Obeng, 23, inflicted a deep cut on the left shoulder and both thumbs during a misunderstanding that ensued between them.
The victim told police that “at about 4:00pm, some misunderstanding ensued between her and the boyfriend and in the process, the boyfriend inflicted cutlass wounds on her”.
Police Medical report form was immediately issued to her to get treatment from any hospital and report back to assists investigations.
Efforts were underway to arrest the suspect.
