Former boss of Northern Development Authority (NDA), Dr. Sulemana Anamzooya has explained reasons why he supports the Asin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong to be NPP’s flagbearer for 2024.
He disclosed this in an exclusive interview with radio Tamale’s Abdul Shakur Omaen following reports of him becoming campaign coordinator for Mr. Ken in Northern Ghana, ie ; Upper West, Upper East, Savannah, Northeast and Northern Regions.
“I have spoken to almost all the aspirants, but only Ken happens to have the ideas for this nation and we all must come on board to support him“, he told the Yelivuhi Dundongni host on Thursday, February 9.
The former Trades minister has officially stated his intention to contest the NPP’s falgbearership race when nominations is opened.
He has since toured the Ashanti, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, Western north, and the Volta regions to meet delegates and traditional leaders and make his intention known to them.
The presidential hopeful is currently in the Eastern region as part of his tour.
