Musah Superior, one of the most determined candidates to win the General Secretary position in the NPP’s forthcoming National elections has observed that some Departments in the party like Research and Elections Directorate needs to be separated along with some Officers.
According to him, the 1st and 2nd Vice-Chairpersons be given specific roles in order to make them more functional as the current structures are not the best and cannot deliver the desired results.
Musah Superior made this disclosure in an exclusive interview when he took his “People’s Campaign Party First Agenda” tour to the Bono East region where he met party delegates to present his vision and mission.
The General Secretary aspirant continued that another department in the NPP that is very weak and will be revitalized under his watch as General Secretary is the Communications Directorate because he believes Government has performed creditably well and deserves an extension of mandate but bitterness and apathy amongst NPP members to proclaim the good works is a problem he will solve.
Musah Superior concluded that Breaking the ‘8’ in 2024 is highly possible but not with the current NPP leadership especially the General Secretary who has failed woefully in discharging his duties as the Chief Executive Officer responsible for running the day to day affairs of the party.
