General Manager of DKT International AngloPhone West Africa, Dr. Adamu Abdulai has filed his forms to contest for the New Patriotic Party’s Parliamentary Candidate Race slated for 27th January 2024 in the Lower West Akyem Constituency of the Eastern Region.
DKT is an International organization solely into reproductive health with 54 branches around the world and he serves as a consultant to all the 54 branches.
He is joining the race for the first time, and he is expected to compete with incumbent Honourable Charles Acheampong and four others who have also picked nomination forms.
Adamu Abdulai was born in Asamankese and started his Basic and Secondary Education in the same Town.
He attended both the As’kese Methodist ‘C’ JSS now Asamankese Wesley Junior High School and Asamankese Presby ‘C’ Junior Secondary School, now Asamankese Presby A.
Adamu Abdulai is an old student of Asamankese Secondary School and he studied General Science.
After secondary school,he taught for two years at the Osenase Teachers Experimental Preparatory School before he proceeded to the University of Coast and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry.
He holds a Masters Degree in Marketing, Social and Organisational Research from the Central University of Ghana.
He is currently a PhD candidate studying Public Health Administration at the Texilla America University Consortium.
He also has a number of certificates to his credit; Which includes Certificate in Leadership and People Management, Pharmacovigilance,
Occupational Health and Safety Management, Good Manufacturing Practices, Pharmaceutical Quality and Bioequivalence Study,Quality Management,Strategic Management and finally, an exercutive certificate in Project Management.
Adamu Abdulai has over 20 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has held top production and management positions.
He has worked with Kinapharma,Ayton Drugs,Phinas Pharma Ltd and Pharmanova Gh. Ltd.
Adamu Abdulai is married with kids.
