Mark Okraku-Mantey, an aspirant parliamentary candidate (PC) for Ayensuano running on the New Patriotic Party (NNP) platform, has claimed that if elected as the PC and eventually as a Member of Parliament, he will draw investors to the district.
He stated that in order to make the investment potential known to the globe, he will use his network and advertise the constituency.
According to him, this will aid in the creation of jobs in the area.
The Deputy Minister of Tourism said on News 360 on TV3, as the NPP prepares to elect its PCs for the 2024 general elections that “If education can bridge the gap between the rich and the poor, I just want to emulate my boss the President, why don’t we reinforce education in the constituency so the people can take care of themselves apart from social amenities the government must do.”
“He added, “We are going to market Ayensuano to attract investors to Ayensuano, we will attract entrepreneurs to show interest in the constituency.”
