DJ Onaapo, a physically challenged Ghanaian rapper has revealed that he was inspired by the Chief Executive Officer of OGB Music and Former Manager of Fameye, Ogidi Brown.
Following the footsteps of some great disabled men and women of the Ghanaian Creative Arts Industry such as Pozo Hase, Stonebwoy, Ogidi Brown, Kwabena Akwaboah Senior, Adwoa Smart among many, the Kasoa based physically challenged rapper, DJ Onaapo is poised to become one of Ghana’s greatest rappers of all time.
Speaking on Bryt FM on the Entertainment Programme dubbed ‘FRESH PAGE’ with DJ Jah Solo, DJ Onaapo cited that many African parents do not believe in their children; especially the disabled; and advised all parents to be strong and helpful to children with disabilities.
The physically challenged Suhum rapper further encouraged his fellow disabled men and women to be inspired by others (disabled) who are doing well in all areas of life.
He appealed to the government, Corporate and individual bodies, and all stakeholders of the Industry to support Creative people with disabilities.
