The Apostolic Church – Ghana branch in Asenema Akuapem in the Okere District of the Eastern Region has been burgled by unknown thieves.
The thieves broke into the church auditorium Tuesday dawn to steal the amplifier, mixer, and keyboard.
This is the second time in three years the local assembly of the Apostolic church has been burgled.
The leadership of the Church has lodged a formal complaint at the police station but no arrest made yet.
Church theft is common in the Eastern region.
Emmanuel Congregation of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana at Tinkong in the Akuapem North Municipality has been raided two times in three years.
Burglars smashed the top meshed window of the Church and with the aid of a Ladder jumped into the Church auditorium to steal the items which include musical Keyboard, Mixer, and Speakers in 2019.
