Health Expert, Doctor Emmanuel Aquaye of LiveWell Herbal Clinic has said that regular orgasms help boost the immune system in top shape to avoid one from attaining health complications, therefore, every sex should end up at the point of reaching orgasm.
Orgasm is what happens when a person reaches the height of sexual excitement, which comes with feelings of pleasure and muscle contractions.
According to him, orgasm helps boost the immune system to reduce the risk of getting anxiety, skin disease, heart disease, prostate cancer, and others.
Dr Aquaye speaking with Abba Aggrey on Bryt Fm “Menkwa” show explained that orgasms naturally occur as part of a sexual response cycle, and they often take place following the continual stimulation of erogenous zones, such as the genitals, anus, ear, nipples, and perineum.
“After an orgasm, the face, neck, or chest flush. People may also feel sleepy, relaxed, or happy afterwards due to a release of endorphins,” he said.
Dr Aquaye further preached that orgasm in other ways boosts mood by increasing the release of endorphins and oxytocin, which stimulate pleasure centres in the brain to relieve stress, elevate mood, and increase confidence, thus everyone should have good sex to reach the orgasm.
“The better your physical, mental, and sexual health, the better your orgasms will be, and the more you boost your immune system,” he stated.
“For males, the muscles in the penis and anus may contract around once every second, between five to eight times. By then their heart and breathing rates also increase,” he added.
Males will usually ejaculate when reaching orgasm and females will experience vaginal wall contractions and they also ejaculate during sexual activity or when experiencing an orgasm.
Dr Aquaye however advises couples to avoid thinking of their “Ex” whenever having or enjoying sex with their current partners for the reason that it will distract their mind from reaching orgasm.
