The Member of Parliament for Akuapem North Constituency in the Eastern Region, Nana Ama Dokua has said Over 1200 individuals have benefitted from Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC).
She said this intervention, which cuts across the entire constituency have assisted these beneficiaries, mostly women, grow and expand their businesses as well as enhanced job and wealth creation.
According to her achievements tracker, some of the beneficiaries through the expansion of their business have been able to employ and provided job opportunities for family members and friends.
The said about 250 individuals have benefited from the Business Development Support under the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP) and are successfully employed.
This program has empowered these beneficiaries to employ others within the constituency.
