At the fourth day Zonal Public Hearing of the Public Accounts Committee in Tamale, various District Assemblies, Municipalities and Senior High Schools within the Savannah and North East Regions that have been cited in 2021 Auditor-General’s Report appeared before the Committee.
The Committee is considering the Auditor-General’s Report on the Management and Utilisation of District Assemblies Common Fund and Other Statutory Funds for the year ended 31st December, 2021.
Some of the Assemblies and Municipalities that appeared before the Committee to answer queries include North Gonja, East Gonja, Central Gonja, West Gonja and Sawla Tuna Kalba.
The Secondary Schools were Bunkpurugu SHTS, Nalerigu SHS, Walewale SHTS, Salaga SHS, Sawla SHS, St. Anthony of Padua SHTS, Tuna SHTS and Ahmadiyya SHS.
