Chief of Karaga Traditional area, Naa Abdulai Nantogmah has congratulated the member of parliament for the area, Dr. Amin Adam Mohammed who doubles as Deputy Energy Minister for his appointment as minister of state at the finance ministry, adding that he deserves it.
The chief’s congratulation was necessitated by the recent changes that saw the MP elevated to a position of substantive minister.
“Our Member of Parliament’s appointment is an honor done us, for having recognized the competence, expertise, sterling leadership qualities and the service to you, the party and country in our MP, and to appoint and subsequent elevation to serve in your government, particularly this time, to a Minister of state at the Ministry of Finance, Office of the President (MOFEP)”, the chief’s statement said.
“We wish to encourage our MP that, this appointment is a sign of greater prospects ahead in his political and professional career as well as in the development of the communities in our constituency and the Country at large, if he continues to be diligent, consistent, and loyal to the authority”, it added.

APPOINTMENT OF DR. MOHAMMED AMIN ADAM- MINISTER DESIGNATE, MINISTER OF STATE AT THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE
AND ECONOMIC PLANNING, OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT-APPRECIATION AND GRATITUDE BY NAA BAKPEM KAR NAA AND THE CHIEFS AND PEOPLE OF KARAGA TRADITIONAL AREA
The Paramount Chief of the Karaga Traditional area of Dagbon, Naa Abdulai Nantogmah has on behalf of Myself, the chiefs and people of the Karaga Traditional area extend a deep sense of gratitude to the President, His excellency, President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akuffo Addo for having appointed Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam as a substantive Minister.
