The President’s nominee for Minister of State at the Ministry of Energy, Hon Herbert Krapa has appeared before the Appointments Committee for vetting.
The nominee was quizzed on areas concerning the status of the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR), the recent power outages and the Akosombo Dam spillage.
He was also quizzed on his personal commitment towards his work at the Ministry of Energy.
