The Awutu Bontrase traditional Council in Awutu Senya West District of the Central Region has fined the founder and Leader of Zion Army Salvation Ministry for bonking a married woman.
The Pastor, Apostle John Mark has been fined GH₵6,000 cash, with three sheep and Schnapps also as compensation to the couple and to pacify the gods of the land.
The Pastor was caught real handed sleeping with the women at his office. When summoned before the Chiefs and opinion leaders in the community, he admitted having had sexual intercourse with the woman for the past two years.
He was pronounced guilty on his plea by Nananom and fined accordingly.
The youth Chief (Mmarantehene) of the community Nai Kwame Larbie told the media, the action of the Pastor is an abomination, therefore, the trial. He said Nananom has given him two weeks to pay the fine.
The Mmrantenhene said Nananom is considering whether or not the Pastor would be banished from the town after paying the fine.
“We initially imposed GH₵20,000 fine on the Pastor but he pleaded for reduction which we all agreed on ghc5000, two sheep to compensate the couple. Also within two weeks. Nananom also fined him Ghc1000 and a sheep to perform rituals to pacify the gods of the land. We are still waying the option whether or not to banish him from the community after paying the fine because it is obvious he might have fuck many of the girls in this area”. He told Bryt FM News Correspondent Eric Owusu Amponsah.
