MTN Ghana has held a Customer Outreach Day to sensitize users on its products and services and solve problems they encounter in accessing the Network in their various homes, markets and offices.
Commenting on Customer Outreach Day, the Area Sales Manager (ASM) for Eastern, Volta and Oti Region, Mr. Stephen Asare said, “I am happy MTN has taken this great initiative to physically interact with our valued customers and to help address their needs.
The Outreach provided a platform for the staff of MTN Ghana to engage the customers and be abreast of the challenges they face in using the Network and introduce new products to them.
MTN employees provided information to Customers on MTN’s products and services, solicited feedback on MTN Ghana’s operations, and helped address Customer’ needs.
“We have more than three million customers in the eastern region and today our target is to cover about five thousand costumers” he added.
“Even though we have various service centers, where our customers can walk in and be served, we have come to their workplaces to provide them with services so they don’t have to sacrifice their busy schedules to go there for servicing” he added.
According to him, this program is part of their annual schedules and this happens to be their first time this year in Koforidua and was held at Koforidua central market.
