About one and half hours torrential rain pummeled West Akyem Municipal of the Eastern Region and caused a lot of havoc to properties including homes, farmlands, and warehouse of Third Force Company Limited.
Thousands of goods and services for Third Force Company Limited which owns a supermarket, water production, and Ceramic were damaged after its main warehouse roof was ripped off.
Heavy rainfall, accompanied by thunderstorms and windstorms in some cases affected plantain and maize farmers in the Municipality.
Some houses’ roofs were ripped off during the rainfall.
