Management of the Police Hospital in Accra has served notice that it will embark on mass burial for two hundred (200) dead bodies unclaimed by their families at the morgue.
A statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Police Hospital DSP Yaw Nketia Yeboah said the decision is to decongest the morgue.
The statement said most of the bodies are accident victims, unidentified persons found dead on streets among others.
Families are therefore being informed to contact the pathology department of the hospital for identification to claim bodies of their dead relatives.
