The District Pastor for Musama Disco Christo Church (MDCC) in Koforidua, Rev. Isaac Abeiku Aggrey has attributed prayer as the only solution to coronavirus and urged his church members to partake in the National day of fasting and prayer activity ordered by the ministry of chieftaincy and religious affairs
In an interview with Abena Pokua Ahwenee on Dadi FM’s “Efa wo ho” morning show, Rev. Aggrey averred that due to the government ban of public gathering, he has urged his members to pray against the spreading of the pandemic disease in their various homes and God will grant them their request.
“Ghanaians are in a battle as the situation is getting worse but the only weapon that can fight for the country and the world as a whole is prayer.
Citing Matthew 7:7, Rev Aggrey pleaded with God to hear the cry of the nation and heal us from this deadly disease as he believes his prayers would be answered.
