Former President John Dramani Mahama has come under fire from Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei for running for president again.
In a post on X, Prince enumerated the various leadership roles Mahama has held during his political career and questioned why he is determined to win the presidency a second time.
“MP for 12 yrs, Deputy Minister -4yrs, Minister -4 yrs, Vice President -4 yrs
President – 4 yrs, Former President – 8yrs . Still former President Mahama want to be President again. The greediness of some African Leaders must never be encouraged,” he wrote on X.
He then proceeded to rally support for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the vice president of Ghana and the leader of the New Patriotic Party.
“Let’s all Vote for New Person, Let’s vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia #1,” he wrote.
