The Municipal Chief Executive of Akuapem South, Frank Aidoo has urged all private sectors in Ghana to take advantage of government incentives and invest to boost the economy of the country.
He said some private investors like the Papaye Fast Food Company is making good of the opportunity to contribute massively to the economic growth of the country and also to help reduce the unemployment situation in the country.
Mr Aidoo stated that the tourist site ‘Papaye Recreational Village’ located in Konkonuru near Aburi in the Akuapem South Municipal of the Eastern Region have event Centre, a zoo, sports arena, children playgrounds, military museum, art and craft shop, agri-venue and others.
The MCE said for an organization to comply with the highest standards in cooperative governance, it should principally start with the board of directors to run the company to achieve its goals.
He said this during the inauguration of nine {9} board of directors, Nana Otubour Gyan Kwasi II, Dr Samir Kalmoni, Frank Appiah, Divine Kwadwo Asiedu, Kwabena Atafuah Ankamah, Ransford Tetteh, Alhaji Abubakari, Kofi Osei and Elizabeth Sarfoa-King to administer the tourist site ‘Papaye Recreational Village’ in the Akuapem South Municipal.
On the part of the Papaye Fast Food Company, the chairman of the tourist site ‘Papaye Recreational Village’ Dr Samir Kalmoni has charged the board of directors to reciprocate the confidence reposed in them.
