The Vice Presidential candidate of the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang is continuing her tour in 21 out of 33 Constituencies in the Eastern region.
She introduces herself to traditional rulers wherever she went and addresses supporters of the party and residents.
The NDC vice Presidential Candidate has been touching on aspects of the NDC Manifesto. She spoke briefly on how the NDC intends to boost agriculture, provide a pension scheme for farmers, legalize Okada, ensure small-scale mining is revived, free primary health, free TVET and apprenticeship, and the 10 billion dollars Big Push per year.
On Tuesday she started the second day of the tour at Asene-Manso-Akroso Constituency and proceeded to Kade Constituency.
At Kade Osabarima Agyare Tinadu II expressed confidence in the Vice- presidential candidate. He said God has prepared her for the task ahead.
Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang urged the Electorates to vote for John Dramani Mahama to complete all abandoned projects in the area.
She called for a transparent election come Dec.7, 2020.
The team moved to Akwatia Constituency where supporters of the party defied the rainfall to welcome Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang. The Akwatia District Police Commander DSP Yaw Darkwa Agyekum and his men also stood in the rains to provide security at the program to the admiration of the NDC supporters.
Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang said the NDC will face out double track system and improve the quality of Education.
She ended the tour at Asamankese where she addressed supporters of the NDC.
She introduced Parliamentary Candidates of the NDC in all constituencies visited.

Alex Segbefia – Former Health Minister and Deputy Campaign Manager for Election 2020, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa – Former Deputy Education Minister, Mrs. Maame Efua Houadjeto – Deputy Women’s Organizer, Chief Biney – Deputy National Organizer, Ms. Emelia Arthur – A former Deputy Western Regional Minister, Hon Abu Kasangbata – A Former Deputy Upper West Regional Minister, Musah Abdulai, Former MCE for Bawku and Mrs. Mawuena Trebarh, A Former CEO of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre and now Spokesperson and Head of Communications for the Running Mate of the NDC.
The Eastern Regional Executives of the NDC led by the Regional Chairman JOWAK are also part of the team.
