On Sunday 25th September 2022 the Board Chairman of the National Health Insurance Scheme, Dr Ernest Kwarko hosted some board members and a cross-section of management for some team building and bonding activities.
The event took place at Lakeside, Bosomtwe in the Ashanti Region and was a combination of sharing ideas, playing games, and socializing among others, and followed a series of high-level board meetings to improve the performance of the NHIS.
Among the staff present were Dr Okoe Boye (CEO), Mr Tweneboah Kodua (Ag. Director of Middle Belt), Mr Kwadwo Dwomoh (Ag. Regional Director, Ashanti), Mr Oswald Essuah-Mensah, Ag. Director Corporate Affairs), Mr Harold Boateng, (Ag. Board Secretary) and a host of other staff.
The meeting afforded members the opportunity to discuss the challenges of the NHIS and measures that need to be implemented to improve their activities.
