Saudi Arabia shocked global football fans after the Arab nation defeated Argentina 2-1 in their opening fixture of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Multi-award-winning footballer Lionel Messi slotted the first goal of the game for the south Americans through a penalty kick, however Saleh Alshehri pulled one back for the Saudis in the 48th minute.
The final goal of the game was scored in the 53rd minute after Saudi Arabian winger Salem Aldawsari put one away against Argentina’s Emiliano Martínez.
It is the most surprisingly development as far as this year’s mundial is concerned.
