The Board and Management of Quality Life Assurance Company (QLAC), have made a donation of Fifteen Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS 15,000.00) to the Ghana Catholic Bishops’ Conference (GCBC) COVID-19 Relief Fund.
The donation was made on behalf of the Board and Management of QLAC by Mr. Thomas Daniel Appiah, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of QLAC, and was supported by Mr. George Fiashide, Head of Catholic Market.
The donation was received by Very Rev. Fr. Lazarus Anondee, the Secretary-General of the GCBC on behalf of the Conference.
He thanked the Board and Management of QLAC for their generous donation and prayed for the success of their Business.
QLAC has the Catholic Bishops’ Conference as its majority shareholder.
Quality Life Assurance Company Ltd was incorporated on 23rd October 2007. The Company commenced operation on the 1st of January 2008. Before then it was a department under the composite Quality Insurance Company Ltd. By the provisions of the Insurance Act, 2006 (Act 724), mandating Insurance Companies to separate the general insurance business from the life business, QLAC was established.
