The Minister for Communications, Mrs Ursula Owusu-Ekuful says Ghanaians should not make the mistake to call for John Mahama to the Jubilee House again because re-electing him will mean retrogression to the country.
To her, Akufo-Addo has a good policy that will mature the country but John Mahama does not.
Addressing the people of Dormaa West constituency in the Bono region as part of her three-day tour, Madam Ursula lectured that the eight years of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in power as compared to the three and a half years of the NPP indicates that Akufo-Addo has done great work, and deserved to be praise.
The three-day tour to the Bono Region forms part of the intensive commencement of the party’s campaign duties to secure another victory in the December 2020 polls.
Mrs Ekuful pleaded with the people of Dormaa West constituency and Ghanaians as a whole to vote for the NPP Member of Parliament (MP) for more development to come to their constituency.
She also used the occasion to introduce the parliamentary aspirant for the party to the teeming supporters of the party who gathered to witness the event.
She was welcomed by the Member of Parliament (MP) for Dormaa West constituency in the Bono region, Mr Ali Maiga Halidu, the Regional Youth Organizer, Mr Abdul Razak Oppong, the Board Chairman for the National Sports Authority (NSA), Mr Kwadwo Baah-Agyeman, the Regional Women’s Organiser, Mrs Ama Amponsah and other party executives.
The Board Chairman for the National Sports Authority (NSA), Mr Kwadwo Baah-Agyeman for his part directed the people of Dormaa West constituency not to vote based on religion or tribalism but for rather progress and development.
“We should all show appreciation for the good work done within the three and a half years by voting Akufo-Addo.
