The National Roads Safety Authority issues an urgent caution to remove all broken down and disabled vehicles from the road.
In a statement issued by the Authority, it states that it would liase with other stakeholders to compulsory remove all broken vehicles from the road, which will attract either a fine or term of imprisonment.
