Residents in affected lockdown areas in country are pleading with the government to lessen utility bills during this quarantine period.
According to them, staying at home for the next two weeks as directed by the president will make them engage in activities that will escalate their utility bills.
In an interaction with some of these ‘lockdown’ residents, they revealed that to kill boredom there will be a need for a constant electricity and water supply. Inconsistent of both will force them to go outside which will make them fall prey for the security personnel’s especially the military.
Again, as they spend 14 days staying at home there will be a need for the reduction of utility bills as it was the government who asked them to take that directive.
As some want utility bills to be lessened, others are also pleading with telecos to reduce their charge on data bundles as they stay at home.
