Fraud and Security Consultant, Richard Kumadoe, has commended the Ghana Police Service for arresting individuals in connection with kidnapping incidents in the country.
The security consultant encouraged the Ghana Police Service to continue with their good work and investigate criminal cases and arrest perpetrators to face justice.
Speaking on Bryt Adekyee Mu Nsem with Kwahu Dehyie Nana Yaw Obeng, Mr. Kumadoe emphasized that, maintaining law and order mandates the Police Service to arrest and investigate criminal cases in order to ensure justice is always served.
He acknowledged the police service on their wonderful job done concerning the recent kidnapping of two women in Ghana and Nigeria.
He lamented over the assaulting incident that occured between the minority leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin and a police officer on duty during the ‘Save The Judiciary’ demonstration in the Greater Accra region hosted by the main opposition New Patriotic Party, NPP.
Mr. Kumadoe believes the Inspector General of Police (IGP) will investigate the matter concerning the trending assault of police personnel, faulting the lawmaker for Effutu Constituency, whose mandate is to implement and pass laws, is now defaulting them.
‘‘The law is the police, so they must know what to do. If they believe that one of their own is being assaulted, they will know exactly what they are supposed to do; they should stand on their grounds and do what exactly they do as the law enforcers’, said Mr. Kumadoe.
