Mr. John Kwadwo Gyapong, the Oti Regional Minister in a statement signed and copied to the media has announced that the Vice President of Ghana, Professor. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, will pay a working visit to the Oti Region on Tuesday, October 14,2025.
According to the statement, the purpose of the visit was to mourn with the families who lost their loved ones in the recent tragic boat on the River Oti between Okuma and Debume, claimed 15 souls in the Krachi West Municipality.
It again said, upon receiving the Vice president, the minister will accompanied her to extend the government’s condolences to the affected families and communities.
