Member of Parliament for Atiwa West constituency in the Eastern Region and Minister of Roads and Highways Kwasi Amoako has said the current government led by President Akufo Addo has improved road infrastructures than the previous governments.
According to him, despite the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic government has been able to embark on a lot developmental project.
Kwasi Amoako added that from October, they are rolling a documentary on the road sector. They will take it region by region and Ghanaians will be amazed about the kind of road infrastructure that has been put in place under Akufo-Addo’s government.
“Construction, infrastructure, development and other things going on in the country falls under the good work of the President,’’ he said.
During inauguration of his 2020 campaign team at Kwabeng the district capital, Amoako Atta said “There is no government since independence that has developed road infrastructure within the same time frame that what Nana Addo has done’’.
He urged the members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to campaign based on the track records of President Nana Akufo-Addo as they head towards December elections.
“Presidential candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo deserves to be given another term looking at the good work he has done in the past four years. The president is a gift from God,’’ he added.
Mr Amoako Atta urged Ghanaians to vote massively to Nana Addo in the upcoming elections.
