The Sege Constituency Project, led by Richard Kumadoe, Strategic Leadership ICON, an expert in Fraud Prevention and Security Consultant, was officially launched at Sege-Ada on the 22nd day of February, 2023.
Richard Kumadoe has crafted his Parliamentary bid into a concept he popularly calls, The Sege Constituency Project, and has gone ahead to document a strategic document that will go a long way to help the communities and constituents within the Sege Constituency in particular, and other Constituencies as well.
The Sege Constituency Project has six (6) key programs under it, namely, Youth Development, Education, HealthCare, Women in Business, Agribusiness, Security and Safety for all.
My coming into the parliamentary race has changed the dynamics so far, not just at the Sege Constituency, but far and near Constituencies have also been positively impacted.
People have been offered alternative thinking patterns, creative ways of being economically empowered, productive ways of doing things, and an effective mass voter mobilisation strategy that is efficient to deliver victory for the NDC.
A critical key feature in the project is promoting growth and sustainability, especially in the area of community development, and youth empowerment.
It’s a complete, beautiful and simple package, and we will encourage regional and national party officers, not to pick one and reject the other. We are in it to win it.
