The Technical Working Group (TWG) on behalf of the Ministry of Work and Housing received five bids from investors to complete the long-stalled Saglemi Housing Project.
The bids were received from:
•Afro Arab Properties Ltd
•Quarm-LMI Consortium
•Dredge Masters-Titanium
•Broll Ghana Ltd
•Masiltin Group
This marks a significant step towards completing the project
“As a Ministry, we are committed to transparency and fairness in the selection process as the the Public Procurement Authority would be assisting in choosing an independent evaluation entity”.
“The successful developer will be tasked with completing 1,506 units and other essential infrastructure.
It is worth noting that the completion and operationalisation of the Saglemi project will go a long way in addressing the country’s 1.8 million housing deficit”, sector minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah stated.
