The Ministry, through the Technical Working Group (TWG) on the Saglime project has began accepting bids from private sector operators on Monday July 8, 2024.
This follows the issuance of a Request For Proposal (RFP) on Wednesday, 17th April 2024, to officially commence an internationally competitive procurement process to select an investor to complete and operationalise the Saglime Housing Project and ultimately ensuring lasting and equitable returns that align with the project.
The project which was originally designed to construct 5000 units 1,506 uncompleted housing units that require completion.
