The Sekondi Metro Fire Station embarked on a home Safety education at Fijai NK City Residential Avenue.
The team, led by the Metro Commander, DOIII Michael Tetteh visited homes and shops along the stretch to drum home the role of individuals when it comes to Fire Safety.
The indigenes were taken through the Causes and possible ways to prevent electrical fires and the use and storage of LPG at home and shops.
They were encouraged to install Fire defence systems and always make GNFS the first point of call in case of emergency.
