State Housing Company has been praised for the many transformations that has transpired in their activities over the past years.
This came into light when the Housing minister Francis Asenso Boakye joined the commissioning of the “Urban Premier Court” Housing Project, a new development by the State Housing Company (SHC), an agency of the Ministry of Works and Housing.
The Company, since 2017, has moved from one that struggled to pay salaries, to a robust entity that is churning out several housing units into the Ghanaian housing market, leveraging on its Internally Generated Funds (IGF).
He stated “Undoubtedly, SHC has proven that with the requisite framework and support, it can provide housing solutions that are accessible and affordable to the good people of Ghana”.
