NPP Director of Communications in Greater Accra, Uncle Ebo has dared the National Democratic Congress to provide evidence that shows that the allegations against the NPP on the excavator theft are true.
“I’m putting my credibility on the line by daring the NDC and throwing a challenge to them to come out with any evidence they have concerning the excavator saga”, he challenged.
He made this dare during an interview with Abena Pokua Ahwenee on Dadi FM, 101.1.
According to him, the allegations leveled against the New Patriotic Party are false and baseless and should not be entertained by Ghanaians.
He added that no individual can confidently declare that the NPP is involved in any form of theft and corruption in the country.
“No one can come out to say that NPP is involved in the excavator saga and that should show that we don’t engage in corruption, he said.
Uncle Ebo declared that, if there is any political party known for corruption then the NDC should be considered as major leaders in corruption.
“The NDC came to destroy Ghanaians through corruption and theft, they should be tagged with corruption. They came to kill and destroy Ghana”, he added.
In reaction to uncle Ebo’s dare, Greater Accra NDC’s organizer, Anthony Nukpenu mocked the issue by saying that Uncle Ebo is chaff and shouldn’t be allowed to talk anyhow in the country.
According to Anthony Nukpenu, NPP can never point accusing fingers to the NDC because they do not have any proof yet.
“if Ebo is saying that until we bring evidence against the NPP concerning the excavator saga we can’t accuse them, then he has no right to declare the NDC as thieves because there haven’t been any reports indicating that NDC has stolen 200 pick-ups as he said”, he reproached.
He added that NDC has worked hard to build infrastructures and has implemented policies that have aided in the development of the country.
