The Centre’s Director of Investor Services, Edward Ashong Lartey has urged prospective investors to speak to GIPC, for direction/guidance on investing in Ghana.
He made this call, giving a keynote address at the 3rd Africa Economic Summit, held in Accra on Wednesday, April 26.
Mr Lartey noted that GIPC has professionals in several areas to assist investors (both local and foreign) to navigate business risks, and seamlessly integrate into Ghana’s business landscape.
He added that, in spite of recent economic downturns, investors can still capitalize on the AfCFTA to explore the enormous opportunities across the subregion.
The Africa Economic Summit served as a platform for business and government leaders from Africa to discuss ways to promote economic development and cooperation.
Among the high-level participants included; the Speaker of Gambia’s National Assembly Hon. Fabakary Tombong Jatta, and Ghana’s Minister for Environment, Science, Technology, and Innovation, Dr. Kwaku Afriyie.
