The children were on the their way to school
Two pupils have died, while 3 others have sustained injuries after they were hit by a speeding vehicle on Ben-bella road, in Lusaka’s Chibolya compound.
The accident happened today around 06.30 hours, as the children were on the their way to school.
Police Deputy Spokesperson, Danny Mwale has confirmed, saying the deceased children are yet to be identified.
The driver of the vehicle is said to have been overtaking when he hit the pedestrians.
