Ashaiman To The World Festival is the largest music festival in Ghana and Africa, taking place each year in mid of November but this year’s event is scheduled for 3rd September in Ashaiman Saka Saka Park.
It attracts crowds of all ages from all over the world and has featured a variety of African artists up of Top Class Performers including; African Rap king Sarkodie, Kwesi Arthur, Samini, and the Legendary obrafour are set to join Stonebwoy to light up the Concert at Sakasaka Park. R2Bees, King Promise, Samini, Kidi, Strongman, Quamina MP, Kwaw Kese, Kweku Smoke, Nana Boroo, La Meme Gang, Eno Barony, Eshun and a lot more performers were set to thrill the audience on the last 3 years stage.
Last Year More than 100K festival-goers were recorded to have come out to support one of the most successful Ghanaian and African Acts, Stonebwoy. This year is expected to be a different thing all in one package.
Looking at the parameterless Craft vested in Stonebwoy, Organisers are expecting a double that number for 2019 since there has been a lot more value addition to his craft and all those involved.
As is customary, there are three slots for the event on 1st day, Thursday of the event is Free Health Screening and Arts and Culture Display to make sure all fans are sound and safe with professional health workers held at the bounds of Ashaiman, and followed on Friday with a Football Gala (16 teams), Basketball, Rugby, Table Tennis, Snooker, Horse Ridding, Boxing held at the SAKA SAKA Park to prepare for the main event, On the Spirit of Saturday is the Main Festival with performances featuring the greatest and Top-notch Artistes who are yet to be announced will be gracing the stage of Ashaiman To The World Festival and beginning with the gospel as usual before other genres will have their way.
