One of Ghana’s highlife musician, Kaakyire Kwame Fosu popularly known as KK Fosu has slammed Ghanaian to stop showing fake love to people especially celebrity after their death, this he described as a bad habit.
Educating Ghanaians on the perfect time to express profound gratitude, appreciation, and encouragement to people who are doing good work, he said “The time is when they are alive. We should not wait for someone to die before we pay respect to him/her”.
During a telephone interview with Abena Pokua Ahwenee on Dadi FM’s ‘Efa wo ho” morning show, he howled on Ghanaians way of praising people, sharing ‘fake’ love, ‘fake’ news, posting pictures on social media after death by describing all that as irrelevant.
“If we want the whole world to know the good deeds and value of our friends, families and children, we should celebrate them when they are alive rather than waiting for them to die before we spend much money on their funeral to get highly names,” KK Fosu fumed
Advising Ghanaians, KK Fosu said; “Praising people for being of good behaviour in the society can help them feel happier which can even improve their health condition.”
