Health Promotion Officer of Koforidua Regional Hospital, Nana Akosua Addae has cautioned men, to avoid the intake of male sexual enhancement products for the reason of their partner’s satisfaction since it can host a range of negative impacts on their lifestyle.
According to her, prolonged use of male enhancement pills or products in young men can actually lead them to difficulty in maintaining an erection without the use of such drugs and can also point them to an underlying health condition, such as stroke, heart disease, or diabetes.
“Delayed orgasms, reduced libido, painful erections, Inability to maintain or have an erection, difficulty reaching orgasm or ejaculating are some major complications a man can attain after taking enhancement products,” she said.
Speaking on Bryt Fm “Menkwa” show, Nana Akosua urged men to access themselves to know their weak point in bed and find a proper solution to that than taking enhancement products to yielded good result because women have prolonged way of reaching orgasm and if a man didn’t take care he will kill himself.
“In this era, it’s a much embarrassing for a man to find himself in the process of sexual activities and not be able to get it up and because of women you are taking in drugs, keep in mind that you are digging your grave,” she said.
In addition, another Health Promotion Officer at the Eastern Regional hospital, George Antwi, on his part added that eating healthy foods, getting enough rest, taking much water, exercising the body is also a factor of promoting healthy living.
Improper way of living according to him leads to health complications including sexual weakness, therefore men should practice the said activities and eat more fruit to boost their performance in bed.
Barbara A. Bonsu from the same department also advised individuals to maintain cleanliness since it is the only way to improve our health.
“Free from germs, dirt, trash or waste to make one healthy because cleanliness leads to healthy living,” she said.
