Great Olympics coach Annor Walker has reacted to the signing of Ghana star Sulley Muntari by giants Hearts of Oak.
The former AC Milan, Inter and Portsmouth star made a return to the domestic top-flight signing a one-year deal with the Phobians on Wednesday.
The rainbow boys will play host to the Dade boys on Sunday in matchday 16 of the Ghana Premier League.
In an interview with Koforidua-based Bryt FM, Annor Walker expressed the signing of the former Black Stars midfielder will not change the results in their clash with the resigning Ghana Premier League champions.
“I respect Sulley Muntari because he’s being one of the best in the country and if he has signed for Hearts, it is good. I don’t know if he is coming to end his career in Ghana but his signing will motivate Hearts players because he is going to serve as an inspiration”
“I believe his inclusion in Hearts will change things but it cannot change my scoreline on Sunday because I am going to pick the three points at stake,” he said.
