The Takoradi Habour Circuit Court has granted Josephine Panyin Mensah, the woman who allegedly faked her pregnancy and kidnapping in Takoradi in the Western Region, 50,000 bail.
Josephine Panyin Mensah admitted to a bail bond of GHS 50,000 with two sureties.
She also pleaded not guilty in her first court appearance on Monday, 27 September 2021.
Josephine Panyin Mensah facing two charges of deceiving a public officer and publication false news with intent to cause fear and panic.
It came after she confessed to faking her pregnancy and kidnapping to save her marriage.
