In a masterstroke of strategic planning, yesterday saw the Volta Regional Minister, Hon. James Gunu, hosted a high-powered delegation from the Tema Development Corporation (TDC) and the Ministry of Works and Housing at his office in Ho.
Led by the Chief Director of the Ministry and TDC’s Managing Director, Courage Makafui Nunekpeku, the team outlined ambitious plans to extend TDC’s transformative projects to the Volta Region, marking a new chapter in inter-regional collaboration.
The Minister expressed delight at the initiative, noting that the Ministry of Works and Housing has secured 1,000 acres of land in Ho for a groundbreaking housing project slated to start in November.
This flagship project promises to deliver modern housing units and create vital employment opportunities for the local populace.
Hon Gunu praised TDC and the Ministry for their visionary commitment, assuring them of the Region’s unwavering support to ensure the project’s resounding success.
