Black Meteors coach Ibrahim Tanko has handed call up to eight foreign-based players to strengthen his team ahead of their 2023 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations qualifiers against Algeria.
Ghana will travel to Annaba for the first leg tie against Algeria on Friday, March 24 before the reverse fixture at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium on March 28, 2023.
Fatawu Issahaku and Afriyie Barnieh who were dropped from the Black Stars squad have been included in the U-23 team.
