On behalf of the President of the Republic, H.E. Nana Akufo-Addo, the Upper West Regional minister, Dr Bin Salih Hafiz presented certificate of Presidential Honour for distinguished Service to 41 Health officials.
The ceremony was held at Gwollu, Sissala West District and 45 of them at Tumu, Sissala East Municipal.
These officials are among many others who sacrificed to serve others during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The President therefore found it necessary to honour those individuals for their selflessness.
