As part of Upper West Regional minister’s tour of the region, on Tuesday 16th May 2023 he interacted with staff of 3 assemblies in separate meetings.
They were; in Lawra Municipal, Jirapa Municipal and Nadowli/Kaleo District respectively.
The minister and his teamalso paid a courtesy call on Lawra Naa Puowele Karbo at his palace at the start of the tour.
They discussed the implementation of government policies, projects and programmes in the three areas we visited. We also discussed staff welfare issues.
Accordig to the minister “The meeting in Jirapa did not go on well hence, we shall visit the assembly again to have a meeting with the staff of the assembly”.
