Awutu Beraku District court presided by Her Lordship Naomi Kontor has remanded Mawuena Adjei into Ankaful prison custody for three weeks.
The suspect is to re-appear before the Awutu Beraku District Court on the 25th Of July 2022.
Bryt Fm News Correspondent Eric Owusu Amponsah, speaking to the deceased father Opanin Kwame Darko after the court proceedings called for Justice to prevail for his son (Kwabena Ogyam).
According to him, the family will feed the police with all the necessary information needed in the ongoing case for Justice to prevail.
Meanwhile, the Nifahene of the Awutu Traditional Area, Nai Pobi Abundam VII has also revealed to Bryt Fm News that the Traditional Authority is putting measures in place to stop the rising act of crime that has given a bad name to the people of Awutu.
He has, however, rubbished claims the youth want to kill human beings for rituals towards the upcoming Awutu Awubia festival celebration, adding it lacks basis.
