Vice Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress, Professor Opoku-Agyemang has called on the people of Anyinam constituents to vote immensely for the NDC Parliamentary Candidate, Mavis Ama Frimpong in order to hold plenty of members in Parliament.
According to her, a combination of an NDC President and a Member of Parliament will mean a lot of development for the country.
Professor Opoku-Agyemang was speaking on the party’s intentions outlined in their manifesto which includes a month extension of maternity leave for mothers when she made a campaign stop at Abirem in the Eastern Region.
The Parliamentary Candidate, Mavis Ama Frimpong, on her part, indicates that the level of development the NDC has brought to the Abirem Area despite having won the seat only once gives enough reason for people to vote for the party.
She added that all the good things to have ever occurred to the people of Abirem were under the various NDC administrations hence Ghanaians should receive John Mahama and his running mate with a good heart.
