Campaign Manager for 2020 general election of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Peter Mac Manu has categorically stated that delegates taking off some incumbent Member of Parliaments of the party of the radar are the best.
According to him, it’s a good sign for the party because keeping these incumbent members in parliament who have made delegates of the party agitated, therefore, affect their votes come December 7.
Peter Mac Manu made this assertion in an interview with Asaase Radio.
In furtherance, Mac Manu went on and disclosed that most of the people who won happen to be people who have contested quite some years now thereby making it very easy for people to recognize such faces in their various constituencies which makes it ideal for the party.
He, therefore, called on losers to throw their weights behind the chosen candidates so the aim and objective of the party can be achieved.
