Education minister, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has sent warmest wishes to WASSCE candidates as they begin their exams on Monday.

“As the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) officially commences, I take this moment to extend my warmest wishes to each and every participating candidate.
You have spent countless hours studying, learning, and growing and now is your time to shine.
I have no doubt that you have the potential to excel in your exams. Remember that success is not only about the result but about the effort you put in and the knowledge you have gained along the way.
I plead with all candidates to desist from examination malpractice. Believe in yourselves, trust in the knowledge you have acquired, and approach each paper with confidence.
No matter the outcome, always remember that you have a support system in your teachers, parents, and the entire education community. Your hard work will undoubtedly pave the way for your future endeavors, and I am excited to witness the great accomplishments that lie ahead for each of you.
You have the potential to make yourselves, your families, and your country proud. I am rooting for your success and sending my best-luck wishes your way.
Congratulations to all candidates and to all the great teachers who nurtured and imparted knowledge to these young ones”.
